In June of 1999, the River City Rascals joined Frontier League play in a beautiful new ballpark with an old-time feel, T.R. Hughes Ballpark. Located in the Ozzie Smith Sports Complex in St. Charles County and designed by renowned stadium architects HOK, the facility has 3,491 permanent seats, an open-air party box area, corporate tent suite area, picnic area, and grass berm capable of holding up to 1,700 more fans.
