Biography:

Preston Vancil returns to the Rascals in 2013 for his 3rd season with the club and 4th in professional baseball. Last season, Vancil posted a 7-10 record with a 4.75 ERA. He struck out 80 while only walking 38 over 117.1 innings of work. Preston is a graduate of Abilene Christian University.
